Terms and Conditions:


Items can only be dispatched once the final, and full payment has been received.  Please contact our office to find out about the availability of an item. Please follow-up with our office for product lead-times.  We will determine the best delivery method for your item/s. The delivery of the item is not completed by us. The item will be handed over to an approved transport company.  Freight is an additional charge separate from the price of the item and will be calculated and added to the final invoice for payment. Please refer to our shipping price indicators here. A tracking number and information from the freight company will be provided once the item/s has been handed over.  It is advised to include “Authority to Leave” on your booking as further charges may be applicable for failed deliveries. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you would like to collect your items.


All sales are final once payment has been made.  We will require a 50% deposit for items to be put on hold for a week or more and this will secure the stock for a future purchase.  The deposit is non-refundable once it has been paid. The item/s will be dispatched once the full payment has been made. Payment indicates that you accept the paperwork and that all of the paperwork is true and correct in terms of the product code and description of the product.   Payments can be made via Direct Deposit or via Credit Cards. An additional 2% surcharge is applicable for Credit Card purchases.


In order to secure stock, a 50% deposit will be required.  If we do not receive the deposit, the item will remain up for sale.  We cannot guarantee stock will be available without a deposit. If the item is not available, the next shipment of the product will be assigned to you.  We cannot guarantee the item will be restocked. 


All damages to any item must be reported to us within 36 hours of delivery of the product.  All damage must be recorded on the delivery paperwork. All items are thoroughly checked and wrapped in biodegradable packaging. We complete a thorough inspection of all items before they leave our warehouse for delivery.  We have exceptionally high standards for our products and a damaged product will not be dispatched. We cannot be held accountable in the event of the item being damaged during the delivery process. If the item is damaged, contact us and we will work with you to resolve this issue.  This includes assisting with insurance claims, assisting with repairs, and replacements in some circumstances. All damage must be recorded, stored and retained in the form of clear photographs and all broken pieces must be stored in a safe place and returned with the item and packaging. We cannot assist you if the item and packaging are  returned with missing parts. If the item is reported damaged after 48 hours have passed, we will not be able to assist you. We are not responsible for the damages caused by the freight company.


Exchanges cannot be issued for change of mind purchases.  All exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.   The item cannot be damaged and must be in its original packaging. We will use our sole discretion to determine whether or not an exchange will be issued.  There are certain circumstances in which exchange may be denied. The customer will be responsible for all additional fees, such as freight fees when returning the item and for the delivery of the new item.  The return delivery must be completed by one of our approved courier services. In the case of an item being damaged when returned by a courier service that is not approved by us, we will not be able to assist you.  We will not be held liable for the damaged item/s. The damaged item/s will not be accepted or successfully returned for an exchange.

Returns and Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for any products.  All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.  In some instances, an exchange may be authorised. In this case, the item must be returned via an approved courier service and the item must be in its original packaging and it must not be damaged.  In the case of an item being damaged when returned by a courier service that is not approved by us, we will not be able to assist you. We will not be held liable for the damaged item/s. The damaged item/s will not be accepted or successfully returned which will result in no credit being issued.


We retain the right to update and/or change the price of our products at any time and without notice.

Limited Warranty:

We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date on the invoice for all purchases.  The limited warranty covers manufacturing faults which are determined at our sole discretion. 

Custom Made-To-Order Products:

A 50% deposit will be required to start the process of creating the custom-made item.  If the payment is made late, the delivery date will be affected. We hold no responsibility for late delivery due to a late payment.  The customer is responsible for all designs, and changes thereof, and must ensure the design meets their requirements before commencing with the creation of the item.  No refunds due to change of mind are offered for custom pieces. 


There may be inconsistencies in your product’s shape, colour, surface or texture due to the fact that our products are made with the use of natural products and recycled materials and because we use hand-made processes when creating the items.  Cracks, splitting, and natural defects of the natural materials are not considered faults. The colours may also appear different from what is seen online due to the lighting when photographing the item and the colours which monitors display. The colours portrayed in social media cannot be a true indicator of the item’s colour.  Products may vary slightly from catalogs and social media.
